This module is part of the Advanced Critical Care Therapeutics Series.

Learn to recognize significant venous thromboembolism risk factors with this course. We will review evidence-based recommendations for the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism.  Finally, we’ll discuss the pharmacology, clinical evidence, monitoring and dosing of commonly used oral and injectable anticoagulants.
