Rachel Adams, JD
Rachel Adams, JD, is a licensed healthcare attorney in Nebraska, Illinois, New York and the District of Columbia, specializing in regulatory compliance, transactions, and corporate governance for health systems, physician groups and private equity-backed platforms. She advises on complex deals and key regulations including the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and corporate practice of medicine laws. Rachel also counsels clients on antitrust strategy and represents pharmacies—chain, independent, wholesale and veterinary—in both regulatory and transactional matters. She holds a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, a LLM from Saint Louis University School of Law and a BS from St. Louis University.
