Course Overview

Contracts sit at the center of healthcare operations, from vendor partnerships and leases to professional employment agreements and digital health tools. Yet every contract is shaped by complex regulatory laws that determine what is enforceable, what is prohibited and what exposes your organization to legal and compliance risk.

Legal Issues in Healthcare Contracts offers a focused, real-world introduction to how regulations like Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA and fee-splitting laws influence contract structure, terms and compliance expectations. You’ll see how common clauses such as noncompete provisions, termination rights, force majeure, insurance requirements and privacy or security obligations impact both legal exposure and day-to-day operations

Designed for busy professionals, this online, self-paced course empowers you to review contracts with confidence, ask the right questions and collaborate effectively with legal, compliance and leadership teams.
