Rachel Adams, JD 

Rachel Adams is a partner at Katten Muchin & Rosenman, where she advises health systems, physician groups and private equity-backed healthcare organizations on complex transactions, regulatory compliance and contractual strategy. Her work spans major areas of health law, including Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, corporate practice of medicine and fee-splitting laws, antitrust considerations and healthcare mergers, affiliations and acquisitions.  

Her experience also includes representing providers in Medicare and Medicaid audits and defending organizations in False Claims Act matters. She has served clients across hospitals, independent practices and pharmacies, offering a broad perspective on the legal issues shaping healthcare contracting today.
