Addressing Health Disparities Seminar 2026
Beyond the Clinic: Social Determinants of Health & Mental Wellness
The goal of the conference is to increase knowledge, skills, and ability of individuals in academia, health professionals and community members in addressing health disparities as it relates to understanding and applying the social determinants of health framework to analyze mental health disparities, evaluate evidence-based interventions, and propose equitable, community-informed solutions.
