Description

The Creighton University School of Law and Creighton Law Review present the annual Creighton Law Review Symposium. This year's symposium, Liberty and Its Limits: Examining Free Speech in a Changing America, will examine how First Amendment doctrine is applied across several modern contexts. Panelists will discuss lawyers' ethical obligations, the challenges of campus speech, and the impact of digital platforms on expression. The program is designed to provide a clear overview of the legal frameworks shaping these issues and the practical considerations faced by institutions and practitioners. It aims to offer a grounded assessment of how free-speech principles operate amid evolving social and technological conditions.
