Werner Institute Symposium 2026
Contemporary Domestic & International Arbitration
Contemporary domestic arbitration centers on the enforceability of arbitration agreements and emerging defenses such as the effective-vindication doctrine. This panel examines recent case law and practical strategies for challenging or upholding arbitration clauses.
The second panel examines the role of international arbitration in a rapidly changing world: is international arbitration a steady constant in an increasingly unstable world, or the victim of global volatility?
