Description

Pediatrics is an ever-changing field requiring continual educational updates to best care for the pediatric population. The 2026 Practical Pediatrics Conference includes updates in several areas of care, including helmet orthosis,  autism, cortical vision impairment, nutrition evaluation, and  Pectus Excavatum and Pectus Carinatum.


Call for Abstracts

The Practical Pediatrics: 2026 Update Conference Program Committee invite attendees to submit original abstracts to be considered for presentation as posters at the Practical Pediatrics Conference on April 10, 2026 via a virtual format. The Program Committee is seeking to complement a dynamic conference with innovative research, education, or health promotion projects in the field of pediatrics.

Posters may have been presented at other conferences within the past year or planned to be presented at future conferences over the next year. Abstracts are limited to 300 words and should include: Purpose, Design, Findings, and Implications for Practice. Abstracts will be peer reviewed for outstanding quality and timely content.  Posters must be educational and must not promote any commercial product or service. All poster presenters must be registered to attend the conference.

Email notifications of acceptance will be sent no later than Tuesday, March 10, 2026. All presentations will be done online via Zoom on Friday, April 10, 2026 in the afternoon.
