Course Overview

The Introduction to Collaborative Care course is designed for those across the healthcare continuum and enhances teamwork, communication and clinical reasoning to improve patient outcomes. Participants will gain knowledge in the Core Competencies for Interprofessional Collaborative Practice, including roles, responsibilities and best practices for team-based care.
