Ryan J. Kirshenbaum, JD

Ryan Kirshenbaum, JD, is a licensed healthcare and corporate attorney in Nebraska and Iowa, serving one of Nebraska’s largest health systems. He teaches health law, ethics and policy as an Adjunct Professor at Creighton University School of Law, with previous faculty roles at Clarkson College and Nebraska Methodist College. His legal practice focuses on HIPAA, EMTALA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, clinical research, M&A, corporate governance and data security. Ryan holds a JD from the University of Nebraska and a BA in Legal Studies from University of Central Florida. He also serves on the Health Law and Corporate Counsel sections of the Nebraska State Bar.
