Course Overview
Belonging is essential to engagement, collaboration and well‑being in today’s workplaces. Belonging vs. Not Belonging helps professionals understand how everyday behaviors, language and organizational practices can either strengthen inclusion or contribute to disengagement and exclusion.
In this course you’ll explore current research on belonging, reflect on real‑world experiences of inclusion and exclusion and identify practical actions you can take to create more welcoming and supportive professional environments. Through guided reflection and applied learning, you’ll build awareness of how belonging shows up in daily interactions and learn how intentional shifts in behavior and communication can foster trust, respect and connection.
