Creighton University’s online Leadership Certificate was created for professionals in dynamic fields like healthcare, technology, finance and education who want practical strategies they can apply immediately. 

Explore your natural leadership style, strengthen resilience, and develop a clear leadership vision and professional development plan. Through four core modules and customizable electives, the certificate gives you a strong foundation in leadership theory, emotional intelligence and change management—skills essential for leading teams through uncertainty and growth. 

Courses are taught by Creighton faculty and practitioner-scholars with deep experience in business, education, healthcare and organizational development. Their approach emphasizes ethical leadership, service to others and the Jesuit tradition of leading with purpose. 

This fully online, self-paced certificate is designed for busy professionals and supports meaningful growth through reflection, real-world application, and hands-on leadership tools. To earn the certificate, complete the four core courses and two elective courses. You will be automatically issued your certificate upon successful completion of your six courses.
