Dean Gualco, PhD brings over two decades of experience in leadership, ethics and organizational behavior, shaped by his 25-year career in the public sector—including roles at the University of California and the State of California. He holds a PhD in Education, an MPA from USC and an MBA from Golden Gate University. A ten-time published author and frequent media contributor, Dr. Gualco is passionate about teaching leadership that’s grounded in integrity, resilience and impact. His belief in education as a transformative force drives his student-centered, inspiring approach.
