Lucy Lantis, MA is an entrepreneur, Fulbright Scholar and organizational facilitator who helps leaders build trust, belonging and healthy workplace cultures. With more than a decade of experience in international higher education and work across four continents, she brings a global, people‑centered perspective to leadership development.
Through her company, Inward Inquiry, Lucy partners with organizations to strengthen culture, communication and ethical leadership. She holds a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from Dominican University and a bachelor’s degree from Creighton University.
