Amy Cosimano, EdD, RN, DipACLM, NBC-HWC is an educator and practitioner in the Integrative Health Wellness MS program. She has taught at Creighton for over 20 years and spent many years teaching in the College of Nursing. Dr. Cosimano is committed to providing evidence-based content related to whole-person and personalized health.  She is passionate about lifestyle medicine and healthy aging.

Course Outcomes

Movement for Lifelong Health explores the science of physical activity and its benefits for chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes and obesity. Participants will gain the knowledge to improve long-term health outcomes and help others—including patients, clients and loved ones—adopt safe and effective exercise habits. This course also counts toward the Foundations in Integrative Care badge and the Integrative Care Certificate, supporting lifelong wellness for both personal and professional growth.
